Guest access
Guests staying less than 5 days will not have access to the basement where the laundry machines and the dryer is. Garage is not included. Parking is available free in the driveway. Two small cars can park.

Other things to note
guests have access to black bin for cartoon waste, blue bin for plastic waste and green bin for food and vegetables. All waste must be recycled. None recycled waste bags will be charged according to the city of Ottawa charges to the owner, which is 27$ plus tax per bag.

Don’t throw napkins in the toilet, no shoes on inside the house. Bicycles can be left on the outside front door, area is very safe.
No heavy machinery inside the house.
