Be AWARE
Excellent location of an outdated, not well maintained apartment with worn-out furniture. Kitchen faucet that wouldn't Shut-off at all, stove and pans that belong into a dumpster, shower on a either cold or excessively hot water, bed linens and towels smelly and old. The top of the cherry was all the little ants all over the apt, even over the beds. One could feel them moving on the skin when trying to sleep.
I rented for 2 weeks but stayed for 2 nights only because that's the time it took me to find another place.
On a good note, the host was very accessible and came by on the first day, before we decided to leave and tried to fix the faucet, with no success, and said he'd send someone to fix the shower and took the bed covers himself to get them washed.
Also, gave me no hard time to partially reimburse me once I told him we wouldn't stay.
I'm still wondering how this apartment could get any good reviews at all, good enough to trick people into it...
I'm convinced that reviews should be truthful and fair so this community can evolve.
