Welcome to STADIUM VILLAS. Location, location, location! Come stay in the shadow of Lucas Oil Stadium. You will be walking distance to EVERYTHING downtown! Two blocks from Convention Center. Stadium Villas have multiple units available at this location. Located just 2 blocks off of I70 and I65 exit. Very safe area. We look forward to hosting you!

This property was perfect for attending a game at Lucas Oil stadium. Unit is well stocked and looks exactly like the pictures. Easy walk to stadium and downtown bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

This home definitely served our purpose. It’s a short walk to the stadium. There are some home projects that need to be updated like loose outlets and wear and tear on furniture but it was pretty clean and made our stay in the city easier.

Great Weekend

We had a great weekend. The location is ideal to walk to many areas of downtown Indy. The Place was perfect. And spotless. Two great bedrooms, a nice kitchen, a great living room area to hang out! JD was unbelievable responsive before, during and after the stay. I would love to go back!!

I thought the pictures had to be altered to show proximity to Lucas Oil Stadium. But I was wrong. Literally in the backyard. We were able to walk to stadium, tailgates and several restaurants in the circle center mall area without issue. Everything was so convenient. Having a dedicated parking space was fantastic! The house was comfortable, perfect size for the family and had all the kitchen stuff we could have needed. Check-in, check-out, directions and instructions were perfect. We would definitely go back!

his property is located in the Stadium Village neighborhood next to Lucas Oil Stadium. This up and coming area is close to Hotels, Restaurants, Rolls Royce and Eli Lilly. Home build 1895 with totally renovated 1997. 2 Bedroom, 1 bath, High ceilings, small eating area, galley kitchen, great window views. Covered front porch and private back patio. Private free parking directly behind unit. Easy access to I65 and I70.
