The place was awesome. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. Everyone enjoyed the accommodations. The view was spectacular. Sunrise was amazing. Would recommend to stay here with the family.
Samuel was a very helpful and responsive host, and the house was as beautiful as the pictures. The beds were comfortable, and the pool and video games made for fun evenings on our family vacation. The well-stocked kitchen made it feel like home and having baby necessities like a high chair was very convenient. We would definitely rent this house again. Keep in mind, this house is in a mountain town, and the road to get there is steep and winding, but well worth the drive.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The view of the mountains is amazing. The house was big enough that we all were able to spread out and enjoy our time there. Private bathrooms in each bedroom was much appreciated. The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Absolutely beautiful house! Marvelously breathtaking views! Exceeded my expectations! House was clean, which was a huge deal to me as one staying in someone else’s home! If I have to be over the top picky, there are minor esthetic touch ups that need to be done in the cabinets. But again, that’s just me being extremely picky. I would definitely rent this home out again!!
The house was great! Lots of space for our family and tons of activities for our kids; location was great and close to Gatlinburg and lots of trails that were good for families The sliding door to the pool from outside needs to be fixed and the pool was much smaller than we anticipated but served its purpose with the kids on cold weather days! Hot tub was wonderful and they even drained and refilled it halfway through the week for us which was awesome! Host was extremely responsive and helpful.A door was missing to the bunk room which was tough since the kids were sleeping down there and there was no way to close that room off from the downstairs living room. Lastly, the only thing that would have made this house even better would have been an outdoor fire pit or fire table. The view is incredible but it was chilly in the mornings and evenings so a fire table would have been so nice to sit outside and have coffees/wine.Highly recommend this house; the drive to the house up the mountain is no joke and not for the weak stomached, but the view once you get there is breathtaking!
The host was wonderful, the house was beautiful and the view was amazing! Highly recommended this place. The location was perfect for Gatlinburg or pigeon forge it was right in the middle
The house was fantastic! It was very clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed! The host was extremely helpful and responsive, too! The kids’ favorite was definitely the pool, hot tub, and arcade games! It was the perfect space for our families to stay together and enjoy the weekend. We would definitely come back!
The views were AMAZING! The house had a few problems including an AC unit that was not working. The room got up to 88. The response and communication was not great on this. It took three days to get it fixed and day two they finally brought a fan but that wasn’t super helpful. We had mice in the kitchen, set traps ourselves and caught and disposed of it. One of the top bunk beds were not really usable due to the noise that any movement made. There was a screw or something in the metal frame that would move constantly. The porch light on the main floor deck did not work. The hot tub stopped working night 4, wouldn’t stay warm. There were carpenter bees everywhere which made spending too much time on the porch with the kids challenging. We ended up leaving a day early.
We stopped in the mountains on our trip home from Florida to Michigan. This house was more than we needed for one night but we wanted to stay some place special and since we only had one night I wanted a place that had games and swimming for our group. We ordered delivery because nobody wanted to leave the house. Absolutely amazing and the most spectacular view!
We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 9, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It’s centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, which made exploring both areas super convenient. The kids especially loved the pool and hot tub!The host was very responsive, and we appreciated the thoughtful extras like laundry detergent, paper towels, and lots of towels. The views were absolutely beautiful—just keep in mind that the house is at the top of a mountain, so the roads are narrow and winding. Well worth it for the scenery, though!
Very nice place. Missing chairs from dining table were found in garage broken. Had to change plans since we were hosting a dinner party. Pool had blow up toys all over it when we checked in and the keypad didn't work. The door to the pool would open no matter what key code you put in on the keypad, so a child opened the door while the adults were upstairs. Lots of room and comfy beds and pillows. The big bathtub upstairs had problems and couldn't be used. The view was great. Kitchen utensils were sparse, but had plenty of nice pans. Nice that all the detergents and shampoos were available. Great location, close to the welcome center to catch the shuttle.
Our group of adults and children loved this home! The location was beautiful (although be aware of the steep hills), the home was very big and spread out enough for everyone to have their own space yet still have plenty of common space and the entertainment - games, pool, hot tub were awesome! The kitchen can use new cooking items - pots, pans, serving dishes and utensils but the kitchen did have plenty of small appliances and 2 coffee pots. We appreciated all of the extra items - like dish washer deterrent, soap, extra TP, paper towels, laundry items, etc. Overall, the home was great for 3 large families with children.
This home is located on top of the mountain just for your information. It has beautiful view in every angle of the expansive landscape of Rocky Mountains and Appalachian Mountains. Very bright house with plenty of windows to welcome sunlight. Watching the sunrise is to look forward to. Plenty of room for a huge family. Kitchen is big enough to fit 14 people. Thank you so much. I recommend this home to anyone and everyone. Have fun.
Host was quick on communication even before our stay. Our entire family of 14 absolutely enjoyed our stay. The views are breathtaking. Perfect house for sunrise views about 6:20am. The drive up is curvey and steep at points. The parking was like jenga as we all had bigger trucks. But we made do. We saw bears everyday. They destroyed our cover and got into our vehicles multiple times. So lock your doors and keep the food out.Beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen Come stocked with your soaps. All appliances you would need including an airfryer.Washer and dryer are full size and clean!!! All bedrooms have walk in closets. Seriously I could go on, but ultimately the house is set up like a home not just a basic cabin rental. Yes there are cosmetic things that need to be fixed but its a rental and not everyone respects the property. We will definitely book again!!!
100% satisfied with our stay with 12 people, Adults had nice separation from kids. The views are amazing from every angle, tons of windows and on top of the mountain, location is perfect for Gatlinburg or pigeon forge visits or if you want to watch the bears wondering around. ( I think we saw a bear everyday (out in the woods, on the streets or just wondering around the mountains.). The lower level entertainment with Hotub and views is super relaxing. House was very roomy and 3 levels of living provides plenty of space to stretch out or have privacy. Entertainment room had a counter ice machine with refrigerator below, this was a nice touch. Tv’s are all smart with roku or tv apps to personalize your experience. Our families grilled some food, it was nice to see an extra full propane tank available. Plenty of games on all levels, boards games, machine games, corn hole on the deck well stocked house with. plenty of things to do. New appliances and a dishwasher for easy clean up. Blender, coffee makers and kitchen was stocked. Sam was very responsive and generous, I had questions about the pool being cloudy upon arrival but cleared by midnight (I would imagine this is part of maintenance routine). Overall A stay and i would love to book this again in the fall so we can check out the beautiful landscapes. I recommend this stay for anyone who wants to stay up in the mountains and wants relaxing views.
