Welcome to Chalet Alpine Air, a cozy and charming mountain cabin located just 5 miles from the bustling town of Breckenridge. This getaway is nestled within the gated Tiger Run Resort, offering the perfect blend of a secluded retreat with easy access to all the fun.

The Colorado Trail head is literally only a few steps outside our door. And just outside our resort is the Recpath (paved bike / walking trail) that will take you around Lake Dillon, and even all the way to Copper Mountain and Vail for amazing bike, hike opportunities.

The chalet features a comfortable 1-bedroom layout with a loft, providing sleeping for up to 4 guests. It's an ideal spot for a small family or a close-knit group of friends. The cabin boasts a fully equipped kitchen, with all brand new stainless steel appliances, a spacious patio for relaxing, and a private dog yard for your furry friends.

As a guest of the Tiger Run Resort, you'll have access to fantastic shared amenities, including heated indoor pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, and a fitness room. With the ski slopes of Breckenridge just a short drive away (or the shuttle pickup just outside our resort), this is the perfect base for your next mountain adventure. I just spent a month at this cabin and it was truly a fantastic stay. The directions from the host (Fonz) were very detailed and helpful, and he replied to my messages very quickly. It was so clean when we arrived, and everything about this place was just cozy and comfortable. The bed was a dream and the water pressure was great. We brought our two dogs and they loved the yard! This cabin in particular has a lot of outdoor space. The location of the cabin is also special - it’s on an off-street so there were rarely cars driving by, but still very close to the clubhouse. Definitely recommend!

Great Stay

The place was very clean and had every possible amenity that we needed. It was great for a family of four plus pet - probably would be tight for larger parties. It was a convenient location for skiing at Breck - approximately 10 minute drive to the hill. We did not use the bus but understand that's an option as well.

Very cozy

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Good layout. Very conveniently located. The kitchen was sufficient for baking casseroles and other basic dishes. Beds were sufficiently comfortable. Parking was not an issue. We had a surprising amount of privacy considering how closely spaced things were in the development. On the negative side, it had smart TVs, but could use a DVD player. Also, the floor gets cold in winter so pack a pair of slippers.

Tiger Run is like Camp for Adults. We love the location of Tiger Run and make it our basecamp for all that Summit County has to offer. Just a few minutes to the slopes and hanging out in Downtown Breck or Frisco. This central location is perfect for your mountain escape. No matter what season you choose there is always so much to do and see just minutes from our door step

What makes this property unique

We are located in a very quiet park of the resort and right across from the access trailhead to the Colorado Trail. Also close to the amazing clubhouse and pool.
