Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.
Property is just a short walk from the hotel, village centre, golf course and tennis academy. Car hire not required unless you wish to explore further afield. The weather was fabulous and we spent a very restful week at Thekatria with grandchildren making full use of the heated pool. Would certainly recommend this property for up to six people.
Beautiful furnishings and decoration
Good facilities in resort
Perfect villa in many ways - we loved it!
Only issue was road noise from construction traffic going up to another area of resort from 7.30am every morning (and a speed hump outside which seemed to make this worse). Aphrodite Hills is also in the flight path so regular airline noise too.
Wonderful relaxing holiday
Thank you Charles and Nicos for making our stay at your villa wonderful. Nicos was absolutely amazing and always on hand to answer any questions during our stay. Villa was perfect, the only thing i would say and this is out of Charles and Nicos control as there is nothing they can do about it, is the amount of construction traffic passing the villa morning noon and night. Overall thank you for a fabulous stay at your lovely villa.
Hi Donna. thank you for your kind words and I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay.
Indeed there is some construction taking place down the road and I'm really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We've been reassured by the resort management that this will be over by September.
Thank you again for your review and hope to see you again soon.
Very nice property in a great location
We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The location was great for Aphrodite Hills, just a short walk to the centre of the "village" and the golf course. The property was very well equipped for about six people, we were a party of four. The living area is quite small if you have to sit indoors - for us it was wet and cold some days/evenings. It turns out we were the first guests of the season so there were a few minor maintenance and cleaning issues, coffee maker missing, otherwise we would have given it 5 stars. We enjoyed the heated pool and outside facilities. Having a car was helpful but not essential because there is a bus service to Paphos very close-by and a local super market which was well stocked but quite expensive as compared to in-town. Aphrodite Hills Golf was very crowded, difficult to book and very expensive. Great practice facilities. We played the three other nearby courses in this week, even though the weather was very unusually wet for March. These courses were all very good.
Beautiful Villa - Thekatria
Stayed here recently (2 adults + 2 kids - 13 & 10) and was really wonderful. Villa is very well appointed and modern. Pool large and heated and perfectly situated to catch the fabulous sun all day. Lots of outdoor space for the family too. Villa is 2 mins walk from the “village” amenities of Aphrodite Hills which include a number of restaurants, supermarket, coffee shop, bakery, ice cream, and a pub. Would def recommend and we hope to return again soon. Very easy to book with the owner and communication was good.

Golf: Aphrodite Golf Course has been carved out of a 'forest' of carob and olive trees on two high plateaus divided by a dramatic ravine, overlooking the sea, across from the Rock of Aphrodite, the legendary birthplace of the goddess. All but a few golf holes have a spectacular view of the sea and from the start of the game golfers are introduced to the history and culture of the location with an 18th Century kiln that lies in the centre of the fairway of the first hole. It is a world-class, championship standard 18 hole, par 71/70 golf course, with a 350 metre double-ended driving range, including a 3 hole academy and superb short game facilities, designed by Cabell Robinson. The total course length is 6,299 meters, with hole 7 being the signature hole and one of the most spectacular par 3's in Europe. It really must be seen, the ride down to tee is straight out of Indiana Jones. To fully experience the course take a swing from the yellow tees; a shot requiring a carry of some 190 yards.
