Playa and Villas San Miguel is a wonderful, friendly, gated beach community, with spectacular views and famous surf!

What makes this property unique

This newly built house is one of the nicest newest homes in the front row at San Miguel built to US engineering standards with sweeping ocean front views, a big front patio and a sliding glass wall in front. It was built with my aging parents in mind and has an open floor plan on a single floor with a large walk in shower with a cement/granite bench accesible directly en suite in the principal room with a large walk-in closet.
