I cannot say enough good things about this property. It is gorgeous - inside and out. You feel like you’ve been transported to a chateau in Paris. The home is pristine, gorgeous pool and view. And A. Only suggestion to visitors would s you may want to rent a car. You can walk to town which has great restaurants and beach club but if you want to see the other islands a car is helpful.

Perfect house in St. Martin

Absolutely beautiful property overlooking Orient Bay. So convenient to beach clubs and great dining. Top of the line appliances and plenty of space to spread out. The pool was just beautiful. Highly recommended this property to families.

Clean house but Horrible location, 5/10 for Concierge they tried but can do better as a Luxury Villa. The Water smells weird smells unsafe to brush teeth with. Clean floors, clean house everything clean overall. Host did not mention lots of mud driveways going towards Villa. Also chef, DO NOT Book with him unless you want uncooked food. Villa 6 stars out of 10
