We had a wonderful stay at the cozy cottage for a perfect, private spot to enjoy simple relaxing time after visiting with family during the daytime. Thank you for helping make our stay so welcoming and enjoyable!

Tremendously Disappointing! For such a prime location (10 mins from town, restaurants, shopping, and easy access to highway), the house was dirty, items needed repair and guest amenities were minimal. Contact with the owner was difficult at best. Communication on VRBO portal was poor and unclear. The area is delightful - the people so very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely consider visiting Asheboro again - but never with this rental/host!

Very nice little house

Convenient to the highway, this newly renovated house was perfect for our stay. Though on a busy street in a family neighborhood, we didn't hear any outside noise. The house, typical for this area, has been remodeled with care and was clean and comfortable, with a fenced back yard for the kids and pets (not that we had either but could see it being a plus for some travelers). Had modern appliances including a touchscreen fridge; comfortable beds and pillows; excellent shower and plush towels; and plants that made the place seem homey. Love the light fixtures. Cute covered gazebo in backyard, too. Thanks to landlord for leaving coffee! Suggestions for improvements: outside light that comes on at dark to be able to see the address & get in door easier after nightfall; a couple of extra blankets always helps; add a microwave to kitchen along with bottle and can openers; and maybe a portable fan for the bedroom that doesn't have a ceiling fan. Will definitely stay here again!
