Upstairs, the second floor has two inviting guest bedrooms. The king guest suite includes balcony access and a private en suite bath. The bunk room sleeps six, featuring twin-over-twin bunks with pull-out trundles—perfect for kids or friends. A cozy landing area with a TV and game console offers a great space to unwind.
The third floor is all about relaxation. The primary suite features a king bed, an en suite bath with a soaking tub and shower, and a peaceful retreat. Another king guest room also has a private en suite bath. A refreshment station on the landing—complete with a coffee maker and mini fridge—means you don’t have to head downstairs for that morning cup of coffee.
Outside, the private pool and courtyard invite you to lounge, grill, and soak up the Florida sunshine.
