Relax on the front porch of this warm, inviting vintage home that backs to Northwest Metropolitan Park. HUGE yard with ancient live oaks. Perfect for larger groups, this awesome home has 2 bedrooms/1 bath on the 1st floor, and a "treehouse suite" upstairs with private bath on the opposite side of the home. New sofa in the family room with flat screen TV. Modern, fully-equipped kitchen includes gas cooking and microwave, with two areas to entertain. Washer/Dryer provided.
(Has been a 3-12 month stay recent two years, not through Homeaway, so you will not see a ton of recent reviews). We offer 1 month minimum stays per STR new regs.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood

We were here for work and this house was close to our job.The house is an older house that has been fixed up. The kitchen was well stocked and many of the appliances were new. My bed was comfortable and the A/C worked great. Joanna was very nice and easy to work with. Good shopping and restaurants were near by.

Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay over the Easter weekend. We chose this location due to it's proximity to family members who live in the area. The location is close to a lot of wonderful restaurants and easy access to groceries, freeway access and other amenities. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. We walked to the nearby park and trails and loved the huge backyard. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. We would most certainly stay here again in the future.
