The property was listed as a quiet neighborhood which was actually right in the heart of campus where the next door neighbors were having a party outside all night. The backyard was listed as a fenced in which we needed since we have small dogs the fence had 3 holes that our small dogs escaped from. The yard had also not been mowed in weeks it was actually shin high both front and back. The inside was fairly clean except the floors which had not been swept or mopped. Would not stay here again.

Our home is located close to Ball State, and while it’s usually a quiet residential area, it sounds like you caught an unusually busy weekend on campus. Regarding the yard and fencing... I truly appreciate you bringing that to my attention. We’ve since repaired the fence and updated our landscaping schedule to prevent that from happening again. I’ve also spoken with our cleaning team to ensure floors receive extra attention between each stay. If you had reached out during your stay, I would have been more than happy to address these issues right away to make things right.
