You'll find an array of local restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, making it easy to immerse yourself in the laid-back coastal lifestyle. Plus, with quick access to major highways, you're well-positioned for easy day trips to San Diego, Orange County, or the charming coastal towns along the Pacific Coast Highway. You are only:

PARKING:
The home can accommodate up to two vehicles only. There is a one-car garage, along with one additional parking space for a second car or guests.
House Rules
Please follow these rules throughout your stay:
Parties/Events: To maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood, parties or events are not permitted. The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500.
Quiet Hours: Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time. Noise complaints could lead to cancellation and eviction.
Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. The number of people on the property must not exceed the confirmed guests on your reservation. This policy is in place for your safety and insurance purposes. Any people more than this, will be charged $65 per any extra guest per night past 4, AND any undeclared guest in the reservation. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave. Locals must contact the host before booking. They cannot utilize instant book, but they must contact the host.
Parking: Kindly park only in designated areas. Please note that management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or penalties incurred while vehicles are on the premises.
Key to access the Pool: Kindly note that a $200 replacement fee will be charged if the key is lost.
Smoking: Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any violations will result in a $500 charge.
Late check-out: A charge of $50 per hour will apply for any late check-outs that were not approved in advance.
Damages: Any damages to the property will be charged to the guest.
Pets: We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with prior approval and an added pet fee.
Midstays: $100/month/pet
Short term stay: $65/night/pet
If you're bringing a pet, please remember to clean up after them. While we love pets, we recommend taking them with you on outings—there are many dog-friendly activities to explore. If you need to leave them alone, please ensure they are crated for their safety and comfort. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that pets refrain from sleeping on the beds or couches, especially considering future guests who may have allergies. There will be an additional pet cleaning fee of $300.
Security: If we have to dispatch security for any reason to your rental, there will be a $200 charge that will be charged to the guest. If security is dispatched multiple times then this will be grounds to terminate your reservation along with an additional $100 per time security has to be dispatched after the initial $200 fee.
Cleaning: Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $300, there will be a $20 fee for unclean dishes.
Trash: Please place all trash in trash bags, seal them, and dispose them properly.
