Our home has 4 spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with comfortable King Sized beds to ensure a restful night's sleep. The queen size pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping space needed for your group to sleep comfortably. The 2 bathrooms are clean and well-appointed, providing all the necessities for your stay.

Uber and Lyft easily accessible! Only ~2 miles to UF and downtown Gainesville!

🦮 NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals

🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee

🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest



📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

🏊‍♀️ Please Note: Our in-ground pool is professionally cleaned and serviced once a week 🧼✅ (standard industry practice). However, as it is outdoors, natural elements like wind 🌬️, rain 🌧️, and leaves 🍃 may cause some dirt or debris to enter the pool between cleanings.

🎥 We have active doorbell and solar security cameras outside to ensure the safety of our guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed

🔊 We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and will notify you when thresholds are being reached for extended periods of time

🔥Please note that propane tanks are not refilled between stays, as it is the guest’s responsibility to refill them if needed. If you do refill the tank during your stay, just send us the receipt, and we’ll gladly reimburse you

🙋You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 6 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest

🍽️ We do not have a dishwasher! Please be mindful of washing your dishes and using the provided drying rack

🧹 Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself

🗑️ Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful. Trash days are Wednesday, if your stay falls in those days we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb

🔧 Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should

❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
