A beautiful, spacious communal entrance leads you either to a shared courtyard or up the stairs to the flat where you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, lounge/diner and stunning views to the front and rear across Bath and the countryside. The property has been wired for broadband and WIFI internet connection and includes a video entryphone.

The master bedroom is exceptionally large with more than sufficient room for a king size 5' bed. A large sash window offers views to the back of the Royal Crescent and an 18 hole golf course. The second bedroom has two single beds in them (2`6` wide so best suited for children) and a small chest of drawers.

The bathroom features a bath with built in power shower and tiled surround. The kitchen, fully fitted with all commodities, has a granite worktop and top quality Neff appliances.

The lounge/diner is tastefully decorated, has a Bath stone decorative fireplace and benefits from large sash windows making the room very bright and airy with fantastic views across the top of Bath.

The bus and bath spa railway stations are a 10-15 minute walk away.

Ideally located apartment great for a short break in this amazing city. Top floor apartment with great views over Bath and the surrounding area. Clean and well equipped, with everything one would expect.

TLC Needed

This flat's views of the verdant hills surrounding Bath were very nice as is the location just a block or so from the Royal Crescent and some nice little restaurants. We have rented dozens of vacation homes and our comments on things that aren't seen in pictures might be of interest to some, depending on personal expectations for a comfortable holiday stay. This home could benefit from maintenance to freshen its appearance. The furnishings and artwork are nice, but many of the walls are soiled and scuffed: the carpeting is older showing darkened wear patterns that give a dirty impression, particularly in the main room and hall; the dryer function on the washer/dryer unit did not work; the kitchen faucet leaked quite a bit at the base and onto the counter when turned to the smaller sink; the ground floor foyer and carpeted stairs leading to the fourth floor unit were very dirty; overflowing garbage bins and bags remained on the ground floor patio past the pick-up day; and a mop in its bucket, a step ladder and the vacuum wand attachment were left in the inside entry area (had never seen this before). All of these issues when combined, made our 10 day stay feel uncomfortable, causing us to leave early, which we had never done, in the past.
