In the very heart of the city, our beautiful, luxurious apartment is in the perfect location for exploring the whole of Bath on foot. This two-story stunning central apartment is bright and spacious with a beautiful modern interior. With its own balcony and a secluded courtyard, it is a short walk from the train station, tourists attraction, restaurants, and bars. There are 3 large double bedrooms, a lovely lounge with dining area, a separate kitchen, and one single day sofa bed in the hallway, allowing plenty of space for guests to spread out under one roof!
Space
This 200-year-old listed property retains all its historical charm yet the exclusive interior design gives the apartment a contemporary feel. The spacious accommodation is set over two floors and includes a large entrance which leads to a generous open plan dining area and lounge and out to the secluded balcony, the impressive kitchen with granite worktops and ground floor toilet. A relaxing lounge, a warm modern kitchen, large dining table, three spacious bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathroom, and ensuite shall provide lots of space and comfort for guests. The Jack and Jill bathroom has a bathtub and shower along with a further toilet. You can enjoy complimentary bathing products when you sink into the roll-top bath or shower, allowing you to relax to the fullest. We also provide local, fresh tea and coffee for you to enjoy.
The lounge/dining area, the kitchen and toilet are all located on the ground floor whilst the other 2 bedrooms, bathrooms, and courtyard are accessed via a staircase to the lower ground floor. We added this year a new bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds, this bedroom have a private balcony who looks thorough our private courtyard. All bedrooms on the lower floor also have windows with natural daylight, with all having access to the private courtyard.
The staircase leads to a hall where you find a day sofa bed. Both bedrooms lead to the secluded courtyard which gets the most sunshine from each angle. The master suite on the lower ground floor features a bedroom with a walk‐in wardrobe and Jack and Jill's bathroom. The second bathroom boasts its stylish ensuite, with 2 single beds, and access to the courtyard. The Courtyard has a Georgian look with a grand mirror in the middle of the walls and a large patio table which is ideal for al fresco dining.

Guest access
Check-in is hassle-free as you can let yourself in with a door code which will be sent to you before your arrival. The guests have access to the entire described space and because of the perfect location access to all the city has to offer is almost literally on your doorstep.
Other things to note
If you stay during December the city has a very popular Christmas market and the flat is right in the middle of the festivities. It is an amazing atmosphere and will really get you in the festive mood but be prepared for large crowds Christmas of shoppers
