Great birthday stay!

We stayed in the Smoky Mountain Dream cabin for my boyfriend's birthday, and it was absolutely beautiful! Great area, cabin was lovely, well maintained, great amenities, and they even provided us a free gift when we arrived! Our only complaint was that the bed was a little uncomfortable, but other than that, it's a great place! Would highly recommend!!

Perfect getaway

Our anniversary trip was perfect in this little cabin. Had everything we needed. And the privacy on the porch was great. The hot tub was clean and warm when we arrived. The location was perfectly between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge and we were able to explore both. Would def book again

Nice Small Cabin

The cabin was clean but smelled a bit musty when we arrived. There was a dinner setting for two with coupons and shot glasses when we arrived for our honeymoon. We enjoyed the hot tub. The pool table was nearly impossible to use because of the small space.

Really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Relaxing, peaceful and clean. I was very impressed that the hot tub was hot when we arrived, was so nice to be able to get in and unwind after the drive. Do take note that the description of the driveway is exactly how they describe it in the information they send. It is steep and not well suited for a sports car, if traveling during wet, slick months I would definitely be driving a 4 wheel drive. The owner was very helpful and friendly, making sure our stay was enjoyable. Great customer service, would stay there again!

Over all not a bad place. Deck was out dated and starting to sag and rot. The set up of the room was very compact. Fire place didn’t work which was disappointing. Floors could have been cleaned a little better dust under tables in the corners. And mold on the shower liner. Overall it was nice for what we needed.

Issues

The cabin was not clean. The bathroom had a smell, smelled like urine or mildew, couldn’t really tell what the smell was. The air conditioner couldn’t keep the cabin comfortable. We reached out to the property manager but they wanted to come when we were not there to address the issues and we didn’t want someone in the cabin with our belongings when we were not there. The parking was terrible, we had a 2500HD Chevy and had to literally do an 8point turn just to get turned around in the parking space.

Smokey mountain dream!

The cabin was perfect and felt exactly how you would want a remote mountain side cabin would feel! It perfect split Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and has plenty to do around where your staying! The kings distillery is awesome with some amazing spirits made local and some afar! We drove my truck in case of snow so we had no issues getting to the property! 10/10 experience and we will be back!

22nd Anniversary Trip

We had such a wonderful trip. We did all of our check-in online. On our first morning there we were contacted by Will who was checking in on us and making sure we were okay. The cabin was cozy and beautiful. Everything was very clean. The Hot Tub and heart shaped Jacuzzi was wonderful. We spoke with will Numerous times thru our trip and he was great. We will be back for sure.
