The entire DIRECT LAKEFRONT CONDO UNIT at Grand Pointe was furnished and styled with a decorator's touch!

An absolutely beautiful 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath extra large unit that has the best unobstructed lake view in all of Branson. An elevator will take you up to the third floor and then you will enter the uniquely decorated condo. There are King size beds and "King" size bedrooms. Each bedroom has a different décor beginning with a fishing theme with prints and a large lure in the master bedroom then on to the southwest theme with beautiful hand finished furniture in the second bedroom then finally an antique theme in the third bedroom with a 4 poster bed.

The living area has a duck theme with carved decoys and original art work. The kitchen area is decorated in a rooster theme with beautiful wall plates. Each king size bed has top of the line mattresses with spreads to match the decor. This condo in located in the Grand Pointe Condominium Complex.

HOUSEKEEPING: The House Keeping fee is $175.00 and it is to be left when the guest departs in either currency or a check in the envelope provided.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

There are so many good things to say about this property. I'll start with the views. This is a true lakefront property with unobstructed views of the lake, and we never got tired of looking out over the water. One of our favorite parts of the stay was having breakfast on the deck in the morning while overlooking the lake. It was the perfect way to start the day and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.The host communicates proactively and is extremely responsive to any questions, making the entire stay seamless from booking through checkout.The condo is very spacious and was exceptionally clean when we arrived. Everything was exactly as described, and the property was well-maintained and comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the stay.The location is outstanding, with easy access to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and truly lakefront getaway. Five stars all around!

Thank you for your comments re the view… the lake looks even better when you are three stories up and you have a great aerial view from above! Sometimes you can see the Branson Belle sailing by… or maybe the eagles soaring above the lake. Twinkling lights can be seen at night from across the lake…The Condo is extremely spacious and the bedrooms are very roomy with lots of closet space for your belongings and purchases in Branson or Old Branson. Grande Pointe is a special place to stay all year round! The seasonal changes on the lake are amazing! Again, Thank you for being our guests at Grande Point which can only be rented through VRBO!

This property was spacious and clean with a gorgeous view of Table Rock lake. Took about 20 min or less to get to Branson Landing where there were lots of restaurants and shops. Great stay!

Great condo…would definitely stay here again!

Andrea was so pleasant to work with. She made sure we had all the information before our arrival and was quick to respond when needed. My sister left a bag and she was quick to help us get in contact with someone who could help us. The condo was fantastic. Very cozy and homey. We did a girls shopping trip and the condo had everything we needed and more. The view is breath taking, the location is fantastic, you are out of the hustle and bustle of Branson traffic but can be anywhere in 10 min. I have no complaints about this condo or the owner. The only thing that was frustrating is the gate system. We had to stop at the gate check in box every time we came back and it took almost 10 min each time. This is no ding on the property, but just something to be aware of. We loved our weekend here and will definitely book this property again. Andrea you are the best.

Perfect Vacation Apartment

This is a very well maintained place. It has a beautiful view of the lake. You have amazing lake view from the master as well as the living room. The host is very good in communication and make sure we have all the information we need. There are also activities like mini golf, bags and ping pong. I would definitely stay again in this place. Loved the condo and the view

The owners was very help and communicated immediately. You could tell that we wanted our experience to be great. The condo was extremely comfortable and you couldn't beat the view. She had more than expected in the condo to take care of all our needs. Was disappointed that the condo listed a hot tub, but there was no hot tub, but I'm sure that was just an oversite. We had to drive to the pool which was awkward with wet bathing suits, but the pool was very clean. We plan on trying to go to the same condo next year if we can because it was such a nice one.

The unit was magnificent and the views driving to and from the unit were great! The only three negative things were when we had difficulty entering the premises the camera did not recognize my vehicle plate, had difficulty opening the lock box for the keys ( Luckily there was an owner there who helped me with the box and he had difficulty opening it too, the third thing was the marina with the boat slip was a 20 minute drive. Again the unit was superb!

Branson annual trip

The security system is extremely tedious each time you come thru the gates. The requirement to wash and dry all towels is not acceptable. We have stayed at many Vrbo properties and never been required to wash and dry both. Also it seems odd you are required to leave cash for cleaning at the property and not part of the booking process.

The views!!!!

We came for the beautiful lake view and this condo has them! We enjoyed a relaxing few days there and apparently many people came to Branson this same weekend. Panoramic Lake Views, well stocked and very clean!

Everything you could possibly want in a property. Views of the lake are spectacular. This is an end unit with a balcony overlooking the lake. The balcony affords a great place to enjoy morning coffee or a peaceful place to just relax and read a book. The condo unit is well appointed and very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen (and you actually don’t have to clean everything before you cook/serve on it)! The unit is very well maintained and clean, clean, clean. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

Impressions

The condo was beautifully located on Tablerock lake with million dollar views of the lake and sunsets. Also, the condo is more spacious than it looks in the pictures and incredibly stocked with most everything you need. The only thing that could have made the stay better would be a dock and pool on the condo complex property.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time visiting Branson and the area surrounding Table Rock Lake! The condo was beautiful and exactly as described, we couldn’t have asked for anything more! The rooms are all very large with plenty of space to put your clothes and suitcases. The view of the lake was spectacular and the sunsets were gorgeous! Andrea was easy to work with and got back to us quickly when we had a question . It’s the perfect location with an easy drive to all the local attractions .
