Peaceful condo by the lake
Relax in our country club community near Lake Conroe. Sleep well on the adjustable king bed or a Tempur-pedic queen bed, have a couple more guests? Pull out the sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress. Stream your favorite shows on any one of the TVs in each room. Listen to the birds sing on the balcony overlooking the courtyard.

This is a quiet Country club community two bedrooms, one main room with kitchen, living space and balcony.
Guest access
Booked guests (for an additional fee) can access club and pool. If interested message me for details and pricing info! There are some restrictions as it is a private country club. Access to amenities in April Sound Country club is exclusive to only guests staying in the condo any extra guests that are not on the booking have to pay an additional $50 per guest to use the pool or any of the club amenities.

This is a gated community you will need to provide first and last name and birthdates of all quests and will require ID with use of club.
