Nice property. It has plenty of space, well-equipped for a family stay and it was nice to be able to bring our family dog. I had some confusion at check in (my own user error) and the property manager was very responsive.
We were here for a family wedding. The house was very conveniently located, a huge yard and very quiet at night. The owner responded to all my questions very promptly and seemed eager to help us enjoy our stay.
We had a wonderful stay in this cozy and spacious house. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and exploring. Our host was truly wonderful—very kind, attentive, and always quick to reply whenever we had a question. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back!
My family came to town to visit and stayed at this property. The communication with the host, Kris, was very prompt, friendly, and very easy. The house was comfortable and spacious, and most importantly-- clean. They said they would stay there again. The supplies could use some stocking, but again as soon as I mentioned to the host, they were quick to send over some extra necessities.
Great yard and patio and large indoor rooms. Very comfortable for 8 adults. Clean. Neat and updated. Plenty of room for us to enjoy. Highly recommend. Host was easy to work with!
Kris is an excellent communicator and responds quickly. Both checking in and out are easy breezy. The home is clean and there is a lovely large backyard and deck. The amount of space was comfortable for us. The bathrooms are clean and the towels are fresh and fluffy. The dishwasher, refrigerator and clothes washer and dryer are new and nice. We appreciated the dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, and garbage bags. Grateful to Kris for supplying the essentials.
We came to watch our son play football at Princeton. The location to campus and downtown is very convenient. We enjoyed our mornings together relaxing in Kris's house.
This house is a solid choice for a family stay in Princeton. My wife and I and my two adult children were in town for a wedding, and it was much better for us to stay in a single house than in multiple hotel rooms. This house is a bit of a hike from downtown Nassau Street, but not an unpleasant one.Its facilities are all more than satisfactory. The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, the water pressure was good, the hot water was plentiful, and so on.The only drawback is what one might call the décor (think a broken lampshade hanging off its frame). I believe another reviewer described this place as needing some TLC, and I think that’s correct. But a brief trip to IKEA and an hour of a handyman’s time would fix nearly everything. As it is, the house has a somewhat wan feel, but that did not impact our stay in any meaningful way. As I said, this is a solid choice for a stay in Princeton. Kris, the owner, is very clear and responsive in her communications and makes herself available if there are any problems. We had none worth troubling her with.
