Featuring dock, sandy beach, 300+ feet of private waterfront, and shared playground and basketball court. Owner also owns adjacent vacation home (Property ID: 997046).

House is only one and half hours away from metropolitan DC and an hour from Richmond. Marina within minutes drive.

- Outdoor amenities include:
4 Kayaks with paddles and life Jackets
2 Stand Up Boards
Basketball court (Shared with the adjacent house)
Playground (Shared with the adjacent house)

• 300 square foot sandy beach

• Dock, perfect for cookouts and enjoyment

• Boat launch within minutes

• Gas BBQ grill and fire pit

• Ample parking

• Large fully screened-in porch, with dining room table and sitting area


- Indoor amenities include:

• 3,000+ square foot home, with open floor plan and 20+ foot ceiling

• 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms; the house can sleep up to 16 individuals, including kids (2 bedrooms with queen beds; 1 bedroom with 3 bunk beds (2 full size and 4 twin beds); another bedroom with 3 twin-size beds) One sleeper sofa in the basement with a full size bed. Accommodations for additional individuals will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. 2 regular coffee makers (filters provided), Instant Pot, crockpot, large cooking pot and large griddle provided.

• Pool table, ping pong table, 3 different smart TV, wireless internet, and large play area for kids

• Washer and dryer, hairdryers, iron

• Pillows, Blankets, Comforters, Linens, bath towels, dish towels, and sheets are provided.

Good Stay

Check in was a little hard at the time but property management was very helpful, kitchen had just about everything needed ( electric hand mixer would be nice). Wi-Fi was even accessible at the dock. There was a lot of boat traffic but being so close to the marina was not bad. Grandkids caught plenty of fish from the dock area and enjoyed the swimming area. And yes the last two steps down into the lake is very slippery. We enjoyed our stay

We had a great time the house is perfect for 16 people Plenty of parking, marina right across the lake for launching. Water is deep by the dock.House had everything that you needed and more. I loved having the filter and softener such an added bonus. Screened in porch was the hang out… would totally stay again

Family vacation

Great place for weekend getaway

This place is great for a weekend getaway. Very clean and easy check in. And you can’t beat the location and access to the water. Amenities were great too with pool table, ping pong, movies, etc. We loved the screened in porched. Kept the bugs out. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house and property for our family

We had a wonderful week at your house. Fished off the dock and floated on rafts, our granddaughter loved the playground, and we played basketball and pickleball on the basketball court. The house was also great…well-stocked, clean, comfortable, and roomy. The kids area in the basement was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous peaceful stay by the lake

This house is absolutely stunning! The open living room with adjoining kitchen was perfect for our extended family get-together providing us a place overlooking the lake while we enjoyed discussion in "catching-up" with extended family. Bedrooms were very comfortable and accommodations were perfect. This property met all of our needs and more.

This home is even better than the pictures. We spend a lot of time at Lake Anna every summer, renting many homes. We found this house meets all our needs in and out the water. However the home could use a deep cleaning or better cleaners!

Just what we needed

This was a perfect location and great place if you are looking for a quiet place on the lake. We had 7 teenagers with us and they could not get enough of the water and the pool table. A definite recommendation.

Great family reunion spot! And although we did not have small children, there were plenty of family games/toys for all ages! And the kayaks were an awesome addition :) Super clean and well maintained, good wifi and right on the water where other family members on the lake could pull up their boat. It was our first time renting a house at Lake Anna and everything from reservation to checkout was simple and convenient. The house was clean and well stocked. The view was amazing and amenities for kids and family were exactly what we needed for 4 adults, 4 kids and 1 senior citizen. Definitely recommend this property and will most likely rent again.

We'd definitely come back - overall a great spot set back from any main roads. Lots of winter fun exploring in the trees. House was very well appointed, open and clean. Great basement with kids toys and a nice ping pong/pool table which we definitely used. Thanks for a great weekend!
