Backyard was unusable (broken furniture, broken grill); Garbage disposal did not work (sink would back up); kitchen cabinet door half falling off; inside of kitchen cabinets not clean; master bathroom door would not close (swelling and broken hinge), we had to use a towel to keep it from swinging open; master bedroom door is delaminating and stuck on frame whenever opened or closed; master bathroom shower door did not close all the way resulting in water getting outside shower and damaging wood and drywall (organic growth clearly present); there was clutter all over the house in the garage, closets, and backyard (dog poop in backyard). The home was surface cleaned, but it did not appear that it has been deep cleaned since the mid 80's. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and the house has potential to be a nice place to stay, but it needs a lot of work and was not as advertised. Not sure how none of the other reviews mentioned any of this.
