Estadia em copacabana.

Negativos: Presença de baratinhas constantemente no apto. Cama de casal com colchão velho e ruim. Filtro de água sem manutencao, Garagem muito difícil para estacionar, pois sempre tem que deixar o carro em vagas livres que geralmente estão ocupadas do starpar. Geladeira velha. Cobrança de conta de gás a parte sem estar no anúncio. Positivos: a localização junto ao metrô, apto silencioso, segurança, prédio dentro do centro comercial. Custo x benefício vale apenas para solteiros ou casal, sem carro, estadias curtas, para pessoas mais descoladas e não exigentes.
