THIS PROPERTY HAS 8 BEDROOMS WITH 2 PULL OUT SOFA SLEEPERS. IT IS LITERALLY STEPS FROM THE PUBLIC ACCESS BRIDGE TO THE GULF BEACH. OR ENJOY YOUR OWN IN-GROUND SWIMMING POOL AND COURTYARD TO RELAX AND KICK BACK. THESE ARE THE MOST REASONABLE RATES ON THE ISLAND. THE UNITS ARE WALKING DISTANCE TO BARS AND RESTAURANTS. UNBELIEVABLE VALUE AND LOCATION FOR PRICE. EACH 2 BEDROOM UNIT HAS ITS OWN FULL BATHROOM, KITCHEN, AND ALL AMENITIES.

Awesome trip!

The property is wonderful. We had plenty of room and it was nice to have a common area where we could all hang out and then be able to go to separate rooms when we wanted. Perfect to keep grandkids in sight and entertained. Convenient to the beach.

Great Beach Vacation

This property was perfect for our large family. With 4 units and a private pool we had the entire place to ourselves and each family had their own space to retreat to. Day meals were up to each family to do and Supper was a family planned meal with lot of outside grilling 4 picnic tables were great for that meal and evening time relaxing and game playing. It is worth the trip there. Thanks Emil and Laura (property manager).
