Fine stay for a large group

This house was fine for a 7 person group. Adequate showers, nice pool. Super close to the design district and some local cafes.

Perfect location

Wanted to be in the design district of Miami. House was very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and plenty close to shops, eating, grove and beaches.

It puts a roof over your head. Needs a deep cleaning, it was good on the surface but there was heavy dust behind the tv, on the window coverings and the AC unit closet. Shower floors all had a good amount of mildew around the perimeters, one of the shower ceilings had paint falling and hanging from the ceiling as there was a water/mildew issue there. We stayed 2 nights as we were there for a surgery my wife was having in Miami. The up volume on the tv remote would not work so no tv while we were there. Most of the drawers in the bathrooms or broken. Freezer racks had rust all over them. If you have to get a hold of the host as we did, you will get a reply anywhere from 40 minutes to 8 hours or not at all while you stay here. Beds were comfortable and there wasn't an odor in the house. There are no window treatments on the slider door near the kitchen so at night there is not complete privacy from anyone that may be in the house behind.

This house is super unique as you are walking distance from many beautiful and delicious restaurants, excellent shopping, and fabulous architecture. However, it is in a very residential area that also can be quiet and relaxing.

What makes this property unique

The property has a big backyard to be able to have a lot of fun in the sun and enjoy the pool with your whole group!
