About this property

Pool/Spa, downstairs Master, Game Room, Pet Friendly

The house is situated in Texas Hill country near Lake Travis. Very quiet neighborhood with no traffic noise, lots of trees, parks, trails - hence the abundant wildlife.
The house is a 2 story, open plan layout that has all the living requirements on the ground floor - kitchen, living room, dining room, Master Bedroom and guest bedroom - both with en suites. Upstairs has 2 other bedrooms and a full Jack and Jill bath along with a large entertainment room with 86" TV, game consoles, video/pinball machine and massage chair.
Outdoors features plenty of seating, outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining and of course our pool and spa. Spa can be heated. The pool is also self cleaning and will remain free of leaves and debris so you always have a pristine pool during your stay.
There are 4 bedrooms with 2 king beds and 2 queens. The mattresses are all firm and hotel quality. Linens are all 100% cotton and 800 to 1000 thread count. All beds are covered with a mattress cover and a mattress pad. Pillow are double covered with pillow bags and cases and ALL items are washed between guests.

Breakages/Damages: Reported to host: up to $50 no charge, otherwise lowest restock/repair fee. Not reported: no allowance and full replacement fee.

What makes this property unique

Our property is both beautiful and practical. All the living requirements are on the ground floor and easily accessed. Our motto is wouldn't ask you to stay somewhere we wouldn't! This is our home when we are in Texas so you get 2 types of espresso machines for your coffee, 1000 thread count cotton sheets and a scent free environment that is cleaned with natural products.
