This three-bedroom, three-bathroom bungalow is part of a small, private gated community in Glassell Park, a quiet collection of bungalows sharing a courtyard, each with their own entrance, outdoor space, and full privacy. The whole home is yours, front patio, private backyard, and all.
Everything inside was put together with care, warm tones, a mix of antique, mid-century, and modern pieces that feel collected and lived-in rather than staged. Full kitchen, in-unit laundry, central AC, dedicated workspace, and free parking all included. The front patio gets great morning light, perfect for coffee or working outside.
The backyard is completely hidden behind tall trees, quiet, green, and entirely private. BBQ available on request
