Serene 2-bedroom house in St Phillip, Barbados , with lush landscape, sea views
Experience St Phillip like a local , in this delightful 2bedroom house. With 2 queen beds,3 bathrooms with showers, and convenient amenities like washing machine , dryer and wifi.
Our place also includes, a separate tv room, and two other spaces which can be office, gym or storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with Frigidaire professional appliances including dishwasher, stove , fridge and microwave. Fully stocked utensils includes, plates, glasses , cutlery, French press coffee machine, and a wok.
The interior of the house is finished with porcelain tiles throughout, and painted with lime wash, environmentally and non toxic paint, in beautiful warm colours, of terracotta, sandstone, and blue to reflect the islands charm and vibrancy.
The property is located approximately 120 meters in, for the main road of East Point , the same distance from public transportation. There is an open field behind the house with lush greenery, hosting lots of wildlife including the Barbados Green monkey, hares, and several of species of birds. A fresh water stream occasionally run through the mangroves behind the premises, and flow into a farm adjacent . East of the farm are glorious cliffs, where you can marvel at and even access the small beautiful island of Culpepper. You can swim out and access the island at low tide. Fabulous line fishing adds to the adventure .
The premises have a security wire fence and three cameras outside, and one inside .
There are neighbouring houses within the development, but nothing to disturb your peace or privacy. The neighbouring residents are friendly, and look out for each others wellbeing and safety.
There is a small local takeout restaurant within 40 meters of the house, which offer a variety of bajan delicacies (macaroni pie, rice and peas, fish chicken, pork etc, from Thursday through Sunday, weekly.
The shopping area, and hub of St Phillip, which is located at Six Cross Roads, is a mere 12 minutes by car. There you will find a variety of restaurants, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies , hardware stores and the likes.
The fabulous Crane and Sam Lord castle, hotels, located minutes away, have lovely white sand beaches for swimming , coves for snorkelling. five star restaurants, and amenities for your enjoyment. Several local restaurant are scattered with the parish and easy accessible by car or public transport.
