The home two units to stay: the main house & one casita. Both units are equipped with all essential and modern decorations. AC is not a problem; each area has a climate controlled thermostat to keep you cool all day long.

The main house has three (3) rooms and two (2)bathrooms that are in the same level and no uneven areas throughout the house, with an open space through the living room, entrance & dinning room, and a laundry room. A spacious kitchen and a dining table to formally sit 8 people, with the option to sit 11 people informally. The living room contains a 65" smart TV, with arcade games console, XBOX X-Series with games, and Netflix/Disney streaming on the house. A spacious patio with two outside sitting areas, with an exterior high-rise bar-like table, comfortable hammock, and campground like sitting around a fireplace.

The casita is a more intimate unit that has one (1) bedroom and one (1) bathroom, with a joint living room/dining room & kitchen. Perfect for a two people to comfortably stay if needed peace and quiet. The casita does have a 45" Smart TV with Netflix/Disney streaming on the house. The living room does have a futon sofa if extra sleeping space is needed with an amazing view to the Superstitions Mountains from the main window.

Both units are connected by fenced out, wooden bridges that are well illuminated at night. Even if it's pitch dark outside, one will always see a bright pathway from and to the houses.

There is a jacuzzi unit next to the casita that may be used for both units. The jacuzzi towels are located inside the main house, at the laundry room cabinets in front of the washer/dryer. (DO NOT mix the white towels and exterior colored towels if you do a wash load, the white towels will be ruined and additional charges will apply).

An exterior BBQ grill is located on the side patio/porch of the main house that over sees the casita. All BBQ utensils are located on the bottom left hand side of the kitchen sink. Please be considerate of the BBQ and turn-off as soon as you are done with it. Then, cover it back up to protect the unit.

The house does count with a Kayak and Paddle Board for the guest to use at an additional charge ($10 each, with at $150 deposit). The guest would need to read and acknowledge the Kayak & Paddle Board Agreement prior to use. Both are located out back by the big black water tank. Please be sure to secure both when heading to the Canyon Lake. Further details may be found in the guest book (digital & printed version on entrance).

There is jet ski rentals available on the premises. At the moment we have one unit that sits two (2) people, with a towable tube for use. Ask your host for rental rates, rules, and agreements for use. Life jackets are mandatory and are provided.
