Walk a block to the beach & enjoy the bike/pedestrian path along the sand. The Redondo Pier is also a block away with waterfront dining & shops. This is a secured building with 2 car tandem gated garage parking & large storage locker for bikes and suitcases. Amenities include an elevator from garage level, a gym with an outdoor hot tub and a laundry room.

There is A/C for those warm summer days. While the 1 bedroom is most comfortable for 2, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for occasional guests.

Walk along the marina, rent some bikes, paddle boards or kayaks to explore the coastline. Or take a whale watching or sportfishing tour right from the pier. Walk to Hermosa Beach and explore the fun beachfront restaurants and bars. Want daily caught fresh fish? Quality Seafood has fresh fish daily in its expansive fish market right across the street. Perfect location for a true ocean and beach experience.
