Cozy 1 bed 1 bath lower level updated apartment tucked into the side of a forested hill a short drive to the local hospitals and stores. You'll have a full kitchen with dishwasher, queen bed, laundry access on the same level, stores within walking distance, walking distance to the river trail and other biking/running trails. Cooking essentials, fast WiFi. It’s very easy to get to downtown Eau Claire or up to Lake Hallie and Chippewa Falls. The space is cozy and inviting and stocked with coffee for you to enjoy.

We love the variety of trees and the hillside location which offers a nice view. It’s a great convenient location as well being so close to grocery stores, eateries and walking trails along the river.
