Unwind in the bathroom with a bidet and jetted bathtub. Relax in the large living room with a fireplace and smartTV with preloaded channels, and send the kids to their own living room - a second living room with an extra trundle twin bed for sleeping, a bongo set, keyboard and guitar for musical fun, and a second TV with Roku, Xbox 360 with games and PS4 with games. There are window AC units in the two large bedrooms upstairs and main living room and dining room. Also enjoy an outdoor grilling area, fire pit with chairs, and a deck to eat/host outdoor activities. Owner lives in basement unit so the garage, basement, front hallway closet, and small bedroom closet are locked. The backyard may be shared with owner, but owner mainly only passes through and is rarely home on weekends. Parking is free and unlimited on street. Must park across the street on Thursdays. The house is only 15 minutes from midway airport, 20 minutes from Ohare airport, and a 7 min walk to BNSF Metra Brookfield train station. It is also about 15 minutes walk to Brookfield zoo. Also, please note the bathroom is one the 2nd floor with the bedrooms as this is a cape cod. There is NO bathroom on the main floor, so it is not wheelchair accessible. There is a portable toilet that could be provided if needed to use in the back room /2nd living room/ additional sleeping room area (in case there is an older adult who cannot go up and down stairs other than the porch to get in the house). That room is located behind the kitchen in the back, so a curtain could be put up for privacy if needed.
