Great location, very comfortable.
The location of this property is perfect. It is literal steps away from restaurants, bars, grocery shopping, golf cart & bike rentals and the beautiful playa norte! Every thing you need is within walking distance. Because of its central location it was a bit loud during the day, but at night it became quieter and we had no issue sleeping. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great. Hot shower and free wifi as advertised. The check in process was straightforward and simple. Our host was also great at communicating with us and was very accommodating. There is a working stove and everything you need to do your own cooking. There is also a microwave and mini fridge. This appartment is nothing fancy but it has everything you need for an affordable, comfortable and convenient stay. We really enjoyed our time and would 100% stay here again!

Broken down place
The small room was in disrepair--broken furniture, wires hanging out of the walls, dirty walls that desperately needed painting, door with a huge deadbolt but no knob. The place was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Bathroom very tiny, I could barely fit on toilet. Broken chair with no seat bottom, mismatched curtains that did not block light. The location is awful, in a parking lot. Very noisy, nothing nice nearby. Also, the host was rude in our communications.
