Thank you for your feedback. We want to address a few points to clarify any misunderstandings. The home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every stay, as our 90+ reviews on Airbnb reflect. The leaves on the back patio were due to rain the day before and were not trash, which we have videos and pictures of. We were informed of a piece of the dishwasher rack that was broken, and we responded immediately. The walls are not stained; they are part of a renovated 25-year-old home, as clearly stated in the listing. These were among the few of the misstatements. Additionally, the guests checked in two hours earlier than our designated time without our permission. We strive to provide a welcoming experience, but it’s important for us as a small business that check-in policies are respected so that we can maintain our high standards for all guests. We value all feedback and will continue to make improvements, but we also ask for HONEST and ACCURATE representation of our property. In future please communicate directly with your hosts so they can address any concerns. Posting an inaccurate review after the fact doesn’t make for a good experience for anyone. Thank you.
