Thank you for your kind words. We like our guests to feel as though they are at a retreat. Hope to see you again!
Fabulous oasis in the midst of Idaho wine country. Kim was welcoming and generous with information about the area. Internet connectivity was a little sketchy but overall one of the best stays we have had on our journeys through this area.

So happy that you chose us to stay with! Hope to see you again soon! The internet is hopefully better now, we moved the equipment.
Comfortable and welcoming. Location was easy to find. We enjoyed the full kitchen, and did not find it lacking in anything to prepare a meal. The host also had prepared a delicious snack for us. There are hand creams and shower gel that were appreciated. After a day of exploring it was nice to come back to the casita and relax while watching the birds on the feeders. Lastly, the bed was extremely comfortable!!

I am so happy that you enjoyed the place! It’s our goal to provide a warm and welcoming environment. And we love the birds! Hope to see you again.
We wanted to stay close to our son’s family so the location was perfect. The Blooms were very attentive and even shred baked goods with us. We’ll be back!

Thank you for the very nice review. Even with the little issues we had I really appreciate your kindness. We would love to host you anytime.
We love this casita - Kim is a kind, responsive and welcoming host. The unit is very comfortable - open, quiet, spacious, and outfitted with coffee/coffee maker, full-size refrigerator, and all the cooking equipment to put together meals. I notice more and more in the finely curated space each time I stay - charming to say the least. The outdoor gardens and fragrant roses are also enchanting. We will return many times as we visit our daughter & grandkids in Nampa.
Driving up, the curb appeal is very nice. Grounds, yard & garden are meticulously kept. We were met by the owner, Kim, who was very friendly! The door code touch pad was catered to us alone. She gave us a tour showing us all pertinent info. The inside was impeccably clean & very inviting. She then made sure we knew where her info was posted for any questions, house rules & fliers for surrounding sights & attractions. I will say the topping on the cake was the homemade apple-pecan bread, homemade apple butter & fresh fruit basket. My husband enjoyed talking with Tye, Kim’s husband, one morning while I was getting ready. Kim showed us around the garden one morning and graciously offered us to pick fresh cherries & raspberries to enjoy. Absolutely lovely people with an equally lovely property!

About the host
Hosted by Kim Bloom
Originally from California, we fell in love with Nampa. We truly enjoy our beautiful home and large yard with abundantly producing garden and love to share it with others. I do a lot of canning and often share its fruits and vegis while in season. The birds including: quail, robins, finch, dove, duck and an occasional hawk all hang out around our feeder. It is so nice to relax and watch them. I am an artist/crafter in mixed media. Oftentimes, you will see many of my products used in your visit.
Why they chose this property
This is a quiet peaceful safe neighborhood. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
