Able to dock boat and enjoy fishing on Lake Tarpon. Great location to family. Laura was responsive with questions/suggestions. House was nicely renovated and had plenty of room. Back yard small and directly on canal so if you have small children it may be dangerous for them. For us, it was perfect!
