Lovely Villa.

The villa is beautiful, well decorated and was very clean. The outdoor garage light needs a new bulb and the oven needs cleaned. A few small things added to the property would help renters have what they need. A sink stopper, ironing board, full length mirror, a lamp in the living area, and a doormat at garage entrance. In the primary bedroom, the light in the ceiling fan worked but not the fan. In the living area, the ceiling fan worked but not the light. None of these issues should keep you from renting this villa as it is beautiful. I just wanted to share a few little issues the owner can easily address and make it an even better place to rent.
