With 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 bunk bed (twin over full), 1 crib, and 1 full bed, this enchanting property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the full kitchen with modern amenities (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and utensils) overlooking the water. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combo suitable for adults and kids alike. With heating and AC, a washing machine, dryer, WiFi, and three TVs, you’ll feel right at home. The easily accessible 30 amp hookup allows guests to park their RVs next to the home. Experience the magic of Camden at our riverfront chalet.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you’re staying (or leaving) on Thursday, please wheel trash bins to the curb (trash is picked up at 8am Thursday each week).
Set thermostats to 60 degrees.
Place linens in laundry room basket or washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Supervision of children is required at all times. You will be responsible for the safety of your children and guests around stairs and water.
Adults should exercise extreme caution on the stairs and near the water. Please do not jump in, as there is debris in the water and a strong current.

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this charming cabin! The kids loved the backyard and the view of the river was lovely. We were visiting Camden for the Revolutionary War Reenactment and we weren’t very far away from the location. The cabin was spacious and fit our family of 5 my parents very well! Thank you for a nice stay!

Race Car weekend!

We loved our stay! The house was wonderful and very spacious. We have a large family so the extra space was a huge plus. Got to wake up in the morning, drink coffee on the deck, and watch 2 deer and bald eagle on a sandbar in the river. It was awesome. Homeowner was very responsive and helpful!

Good for a family gathering. Beds not the most comfortable but adequate. Kitchen utensils rather sparse. Large outdoor area which we couldn't fully utilize due to the heat. Play house pictured not usable. Lots of kids toys which my grandson loved. Swings for kids also. 45 minutes from Columbia which had kids museum and great brewery.On balance, the house worked well for our family and we enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and helpful.

We would definitely return. Location was beautiful: private stilt home on the river. A group of five of us stayed three nights, cooking and eating our meals in the house. Not a lot of silverware, but after a conversation with the owner, we should have had a drawer full, but it was missing. A small inconvenience, the trash had piled up and was very stinky under the house, and we shared shampoo from one child’s bottle (no soap). We made it work with great communication from the owner. We would definitely recommend the home if you are in the area.
