Your Sebring adventure begins at this tranquil 3-bedroom cottage. Nestled in a serene setting, this cozy retreat features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 bunk bed, perfect for families or friends looking for a cool getaway. With 2 bathrooms guests can unwind and recharge after a day of exploring. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Sebring and our cottage has to offer.
Conveniently located between Sebring and Lake Placid and only 7.3 miles away (12 min) from the Sebring Raceway. Less than 1 mile is a Dollar Store and gas/convenience store. The local grocery, Publix is 6 miles away (either north to Sebring or south to Lake Placid). 8 area golf courses. 2 wineries. 18 minutes from Highlands Hammock State Park.
Property has exterior cameras for security purposes. The cameras cover the following areas. 2 cameras on either end of the house covering the backyard area to include overlooking the above ground pool (not for guest use), 1 camera on the left side of the property covering the front yard area and 1 camera on the driveway.
Property has a Brinks Alarm System. Per Brinks, the panel has a camera that when activated (feature currently turned off) takes pictures only when the alarm is armed/disarmed. The system will be disarmed prior to your arrival. You are welcome to unplug the system upon your arrival if you desire, simply please plug back in before your departure.
