Thank you for staying with us. We're glad you enjoyed the outdoor space and evenings in the backyard. We look forward to hosting you again.
What a wonderful stay! I was very impressed how detailed the host was with the little touches you often don’t find. We had everything we needed and more! Even though it was quite pricey, the attention to detail, location and comfort of the home made it worth it. We will would definitely stay there again.
Lovely property... Had many of the things we needed. However you can tell it's a property never lived in, just for VRBO. It shows in the little details. Poor lighting for night in many spaces (too bright).Rooms have blinds which are battery powered and run out of juice, so can't be opened or closed depending when the batteries die. There's no house guide to explain where things are,no labels on any light switches or drawers.Bed sheets are polyester, not cotton.Pillows are very cheap/poor quality.Lots of little maintenance problems with the property which were annoying to have to be the ones to point out to them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize that the lighting, blinds, linens, and maintenance details did not meet your expectations. The check-in link sent before arrival acts as a guide to the home with details on everything inside, and we have shared your feedback with our team for review. We rented this home to accommodate two families while in Flagstaff for a friend’s wedding, and it was perfect for our needs. The house was very clean, well-kept, and had plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Communication with the homeowners was excellent, quick and helpful whenever we had a question. The only thing we would have wished for was a slightly later checkout time (10 AM felt a little early and rushed the morning after a wedding; 11 AM would have been ideal). Other than that, everything about our stay was wonderful, and we’d happily book this property again.
This was our 21st annual trip to Flagstaff. This house was a good size but the large dining table only sat 6 because all the other 4 or 6 chairs were broken. This seems like a new rental so it was surprising that this many chairs were broken. The mattresses were not that comfortable. There is plenty of space to gather as a group or find a quiet corner.

We arrived at the property and the code they had provided didn't work so we contacted them and had a new code in about 10 minutes. They said something about an internet or computer glitch. The property was fairly clean just some spider web nests in the ceiling beams and grout issues in the primary suite bathroom. We thought that it was interesting that they had China dishes on the main table set out. They were pretty but with three boys coming we made sure they were put away for the duration of the trip. We couldn't get the disposal to work and there wasn't a way to light the BBQ grill, so we went to a neighbor's house to borrow a lighter. The water never got very warm in the primary suite bathroom. The last negative issue I will say is we asked for a 1-hour extension on a Sunday morning checkout and it was denied. We had 9 adults and four children, and we had to get they up and cleaned up by 10 am. Ashley seemed a little condescending and said that should couldn't accommodate the request. We left our truck in the community on the street and went into Flagstaff and came back about 11:30 am and we didn't see any activity at the property. We did like the property, and it was nice that most of the rooms had a bathroom, but I won't be booking anything with the property management company in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about Breton 3303 Flagstaff. I’m sorry for the check-in code problem and any inconvenience it caused — we investigated the internet/computer issue and have taken steps to prevent it from happening again. I also apologize for the cleanliness and maintenance issues you noted (spider webs, grout, disposal, grill lighting, and the primary bathroom water temperature); I’ve passed these items to our cleaning and maintenance teams for immediate attention. The china on the main table is decorative—going forward we’ll remove fragile items for family stays and update our turnover checklist. I’m sorry your request for a one-hour checkout extension was declined and that the conversation felt condescending; we’ll review our policies and coach the team to handle similar situations more courteously and flexibly when possible. Thank you — your comments help us improve.
