Neighborhood and location were great! Many walkable food and entertainment options. Easy reservation and check in process. We wanted to love this home and make it one we would return to, but the general up keep and cleanliness were lacking. Specifically window AC units were not well maintained and we cleaned prior to use. Strong musty/mildew odor caused us to cut our stay short.

What an amazing beach vacation we had here!!!! One of the most desirable locations, steps to the beach, located in very family friendly quite street. This is my 2nd time staying at this perfect vacation home and it exceeded my expectations as always. Host Molly was very quick to respond to messages and very helpful with everything. House has a huge covered deck, nice size living room, kitchen has all the essentials, AC works great, beach passes, w/d, 1.5 bathrooms, outdoor shower and grill!!!!!! Cannot ask for more. We cannot wait to come back next year!!!!! Highly highly recommended!!!!!!!

This is our second year staying and will stay again next year! Great location to beach, restaurants, waterpark, grocery store and quiet neighborhood. House is comfortable and spacious for family of 6. Love sitting on the porch drinking a coffee, building a puzzle or just watching kids riding their bikes! Everything you need in the kitchen, plus own washer and dryer. A/C units in every room. Outdoor shower very spacious. BBQ grill at the side of the house. Highly recommend staying here!

Having vacationed here since childhood, we’ve always loved the peaceful atmosphere that feels just far enough from the crowds, yet close enough to walk or bike to everything LBI has to offer—restaurants, shops, bars, ice cream, and of course, the beach.

It’s also a place where families (and their pets!) feel welcome and safe. That sense of community, combined with the convenience of nearby attractions, made it the perfect spot for us to put down roots and share with others.
