We would love to stay again! This property was so close to the Mass Moca. The kitchen and downstairs have a lovely flow. We were so happy to have comfortable beds and very new linens. The bathrooms were also amazing.

Very centrally located. Easy walk to good restaurants (Casita, the Public) and grocery store. House has been extensively remodeled with a very nice decor. Very comfy beds and nice linens. Did not use outdoor space (too cold) but looked fun. Host easy trip communicate with.

Great location steps from Mass MOCA and within walking distance of restaurants. Stairs are a bit narrow to get luggage up to the bedrooms (we are 3 women over 70) and the downstairs shower is quite small and not recommended for a tall or larger person, but otherwise quite comfortable. No ice trays for some bizarre reason so bring your own if you care about ice.

College Reunion

The chic cozy condo was perfect for our 30th college reunion weekend. Three bedrooms with comfy beds, two full bathrooms were great. Every space, including the backyard were well thought out and nicely decorated.

Wedding weekend

Visiting the area for a wedding in Vermont, we were impressed with the style, spaciousness & cleanliness of this rental. It had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Very thoughtful with respect to the guests needs, ex; toiletries, clean towels, kitchen goods… Communication with the property manager was great. Would highly recommend this rental.

Family visit in North Adams

My daughter, 2 year old grandson, and I were visiting family who live in North Adams. Our 4 night stay at the Cozy Condo was very comfortable. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the condo, and the abundant supply of paper goods, dish soap, bath soap and shampoo, and towels provided by the owner. We also appreciated Noreen for promptly replying to our questions during our stay. The location was great for us because a park and Mass MOCA were a very short walk from the condo. We ate lunch everyday at the restaurant in Mass MOCA, which is reasonably priced, kid friendly, and has good food.
