Clean, well-appointed modern loft with a full kitchen and very comfortable beds. The location was convenient, with a great coffee shop nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Unit worked great for our family. Just to note the staircase to get up to the second floor unit is narrow…not a dealbreaker for us. We would stay here again if we found ourselves in the area. Host was very responsive to questions.

It was absolutely gorgeous. The kids enjoyed the playground near by and restaurants. If we were ever in the area again, we would stay here. Would definitely recommend!

My favorite lodging in Iowa. The Williams Suite has everything you need to feel at home in Williamsburg and the surrounding communities including Iowa City/Coralville. While hanging out in “The Burg,” have dinner on the square - everything is good, do a little shopping, play in the park, and visit the Sundown! Be sure to check in with Grayson to plan your visit, but don’t book my week! Lol!

What a cool place to stay!

We were in the area for a festival in Amana and decided to stay in Williamsburg. This is a beautiful loft right on the square. This was clearly an expensive remodel, and it retains the historic feel of the property. We had a great time and enjoyed the park, restaurants and butcher shop.

Bestie Weekend!

Just an overnight stay in this beautiful loft with my bestie from high school. It was exactly as described. Very modern and new in a historic building. We enjoyed the many early pictures of the building and the meaning of the loft's names. We were close to Kalona and Amana and many wineries. The town square was so nice to walk around and a few restaurants to choose from! A very cute boutique was right below! A must stay in Williamsburg!

Nostalgic Lodging

The “Williams” Suite was the perfect place to rest and unwind while visiting family in the area! We had all the comforts of home in this spacious suite that overlooks the town square I wandered as a child! The location was perfect for visiting the surrounding towns of Iowa City, Amana, and Marion. We spent one morning learning about the town’s history at the museum just a couple of doors down. We also found my family in the history books Grayson includes in the suite. So fun to walk down memory lane! The “Suite” does have large windows in the Primary Suite which may not be ideal if you prefer to sleep in, but the back bedroom is perfect for a darker environment. Both beds were very comfortable and the quiet town square made this a perfect spot for relaxation! We will definitely stay here again. One suggestion for Grayson - have a notebook of information for visitors not familiar with the town and the surrounding communities. And include some details that might be helpful for the apartment. But, I found this place exceptional overall! Thank you for offering such a fantastic spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring small town Iowa!
