Indoors or outdoors, the choice is yours as this home offers an open concept floorplan that seamlessly transitions from one to the other. Lounge outdoors on the spacious, shaded deck in cushy chairs or at the optional dining space, or inside in the comfortable living room with large screen TV. You will feel as relaxed as you can possibly be in this Hawaiian paradise.
House Rules:
1. Club 21 – You must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.
2. Humans Only – Pets are not permitted at this property. Unauthorized pets may be subject to a fine.
3. Thank You for Not Smoking:
a. This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
4. Respect Community Rules:
a. Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines.

Lovely condo in Keauhou

We rented this garden bungalow for 16 nights and were very happy with our choice. The condo was well appointed and in a great location for us, out of the bustle of Kona and relatively quiet. We did have some bird sounds and rustling outside the bedroom, but we kinda loved that! Although there wasn’t air conditioning, the fans that circulated air throughout the spacious unit kept us quite comfortable! The grounds were meticulously kept and the location was gorgeous, we’d love to stay here again!

Sleeping in the hot box (sweaty)

if you’re going to stay at this place, I recommend you don’t stay in the summer because it’s typically 7 to 10 hotter than what it was when we stayed in February. Typically, when you stay less than 100 feet elevation in Hawaii you would want AC to solve the problem with the heat. All they had was fans keep in mind you can’t let the wind flow through the little unit 24 seven due to the fact that the front door is a sliding glass door, there is no back entrance.. I suggest to the owner or the corporation that owns this that they put in a inexpensive mini split, which is a type of AC unit so the clients can control the temperature. When I confronted management about this, their nasty response was well it’s not listed in the Vrbo that it has AC so clearly other people have complained

Aloha - this unit clearly states there is no AC so it is very disappointing that you gave it such a poor review because you came to the tropics and did not like the heat. No one else has complained as they read about the unit prior to booking. We hope you enjoyed Hawaii.
