perfect stay in the heart of NYC!

The apartment was super clean and spacious, in a great location that was central to several bus and subway lines, Penn Station / MSG, and restaurants. May was an excellent host — super kind and communicative. I would definitely stay here again!

Host cancelled on me 1 day before my trip because she discovered I am a content creator. Had to call Vrbo to get a full refund.

The owner never sent me the check in info and I was stuck in downtown Manhattan with no place to stay. I had to get a hotel room which cost me another 650 !! The owner has yet to even contact me an apologize. I even tried to call the number listed under his contact info and the phone number was disconnected!! Stay away !! Complete nightmare !!

Good but not great

Communication was excellent! We liked the central location. But we stayed for a month and had nowhere to unpack and put clothing or toiletries. The closets and bathroom cabinets were jam packed with random stuff. There was no dresser, drawers or even shelves for clothing. I had to clean out the bathroom for our toiletries and get really creative with clothing storage. The place could also use a very deep cleaning.

We were arriving from London to NYC. Host failed to send check in info. When we reached out for details, they cancelled the reservation saying prior guests had damaged the property. Feels like a scam. Payment was refunded but this was a major hassle.

This place was the worst possible misrepresentation on VRBO, we've ever encountered

The place was a complete mess. The whole apartment was filled with personal items. No room to put any personal items. Drawers and closets were packed. Dead flowers, stained comforter, used toothbrushes in the bathroom, dirty counter tops, TV didn't work, absolutely disgusting. Do not be fooled by the VRBO pictures or reviews. All fraud.

The host never sent an email with check in details.. the address listed doesn't actually exist. The "host" or scammer only responded one time the day of check in. Idk if it was to string me along or not. If they are just that uncomunicative or incompetent they have no business listing a rental. Still waiting for my refund from vrbo and reimbursable for my last minute hotel.
