The house is beautiful but quirky. No or little insulation so you hear all road noise in bedrooms since rooms are closer to street. Hot water is not very hot. It’s ok but could be better. The hurricane shutters on porch/deck were still latched closed as if in a hurricane so outdoor light and view limited to glass doors which were dirty. Hurricane season is well over and should be opened. Also - NO internet however they Smart TVs. Absolutely insane. Moved sofa to plug in laptop charge - there was sports drink bottles under sofa. Not cleaned well.
