The apartment has 2 A/C bedrooms, a full kitchen, a cozy living area with smart TV, it’s the perfect base for families and couples. The private balcony with ocean view Is ideal for sunrise coffee or evening wine. Includes beach chairs, coolers, towels, and your own parking spot right in front of the building. Also, there is a laundromat less than 5 minutes walking from the apartment offering drop off and self washing.
Enjoy the entire apartment with own assigned parking spot. We provide towels, bedding, and essential amenities to make you feel right at home. Perfect for a relaxing stay with everything you need for comfort and convenience.

What makes this property unique
My property is walking distance to "Playa Azul" , a sandy crescent beach. Farther east on Calle Herminio Diaz is La Pared, a great surfing spot adjacent to a picturesque seawall, just one block from Luquillo' s central plaza. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach with beach chair, umbrellas and cooler. We take great pride in taking care of our apartment and like our visitors to feel like home. We just want the experience to be wonderful enjoying the time in our beautiful island.
