Relax with family, friends, or coworkers. A spacious layout with various indoor and outdoor areas to retreat to! Tucked away on a quiet street in Southern Shores yet close to restaurants, groceries, shops, bike/walking paths, beaches etc. Easy access to Duck/Kitty Hawk as well! Home comes with your own private beach & sound parking passes! Saltwater Pool and Hot Tub are open from May 1st -Oct 1st. A short 6-8 minute walk to beach or beach access parking pass provided.
The top floor is bright and open with large outdoor deck with ocean views, family room, open kitchen to dining area concept with breakfast bar. A master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, also a half bath on top floor. The mid level features tiled hallway and main entry. A second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms with Jack and Jill bath. Along with a second large deck facing the ocean. Lower level includes a tiled dry entry and laundry area. The private pool is salt water. A half bath is located in the pool fence area. Outside shower and spacious covered carport, gas grill and hot tub. Community nature paths and beach accesses. Bed linens and bath towels provided.
Guest access
Access to all spaces on property with the exception of the locked owners closets. Parking pass provided for beach access. (100.00 replacement fee if not returned)

Outdoor security camera located in the driveway area.
No more than 4 vehicles on property during stay.
This home has been a successful OBX rental in prior years.
The house accommodates 8 guest, additional guest are 50.00 per person/per night.
Bed linens and bath towels provided. Upon departure place dirty linens and towels in tote provided outside entry near hot tub.
No candles in home.

Everything was perfect! House was the cleanest house we ever stayed in. Kitchen had everything needed. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Location was great! A short walk to beach which was accessed by two short paved paths right by the house. Communication was amazing. She let me know it was clean and ready for check in early. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
