The carpet in the living room needs to be replaced. Also the 2 chairs connected are tired. How about a keiric coffee maker. The dishwasher peeps when not in use.

Great spot on the water for a quiet vacation

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The sun rise over the canal was beautiful. Neighbors were friendly and there was a lot of wildlife to enjoy.

Loved the stay, very clean, everything worked as intended. Great pool. Saw Gators and Manatees in the canal. Dolphins just outside. 10/10 would stay again!

Perfect location!

This is a great proterty! Located on a chanel of the myakka River. Good fishing off the dock. Very close to a lot of different beaches! World class fishing charters nearby. The whole family had a wonderful time at the pool. Coffee watching the sunrise was amazing! We hope to come back!!

Gas grill on property was broken and rusted and not replaced for us. Hinge on lanai was broken. Some lights and ceiling fans didn't work. Mold in one closet. Living room carpet very stained. Was notified by one owner via email that another owner was stopping by to work on the driveway but wouldn't bother us. Owner showed up at front door and wanted to come inside to do an inventory of repairs for next people coming in, walked around, measured ceiling fan in master bedroom (which did work), removed the grill and left the debris from it on the patio, the cover on a dining chair and the propane tank by the doorway.
