Five Star Okoboji Vacation Cabin at Bridges Bay!

New construction 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 car garage cabin at Okoboji's newest and most popular lakeside destination, Bridges Bay.

Don't pay up to $700+ a night for a hotel room in the summer (yes those are real rates at the resort!). Avoid the noise of busy hotel and condo hallways and commotion of other guests -- instead book a comfortable stay in our single family 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a private driveway, garage and backyard all to yourself. Cabin includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer and a patio with a fire pit, table and chairs and 4 burner gas grill.

Enjoy all the comforts of home - new appliances including dishwasher and washer/dryer, three SmarTVs and wi-fi - while enjoying the area's best on-site amenities: 'Boji Splash indoor waterpark, sparkling outdoor pools with slides, volleyball and swim-up bar. The Waterfront Restaurant and Event Center, Bracco's Beach Bar & Grill are on-site, and close access to attractions such as Arnold's Park Amusement Park, dining, shopping and so much more!

For group size and comfort in our cabin home, a good maximum fit for our space is approximately four adults (two couples - one in the King room, and the other in the Queen room) and up to six kids (in the bunk room). Our property is a great set up for two families with kids. 10 adults is doable as there are enough beds for this number of people, but it's a tight fit and we'll want to ask you up front and be assured you understand the space.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: While we are part of a comprehensive vacation resort property with lots of great amenities and creature comforts included in your stay, we are a single family residence type of “home away from home” experience; we are not a hotel room sort of property. If you’re looking for an all-inclusive setup, such as a daily continental breakfast, daily cleaning and endless supplies of daily usage items like toilet paper, we’re not a fit for you. We provide starter coffee, toilet and kitchen paper towel items. You may need to resupply such items on your own based on your personal needs and uses. Additionally, OUR CABIN RENTAL IS NOT A GOOD FIT FOR LARGE OR ROWDY PARTIES OR THOSE WHO CAN NOT TAKE GOOD CARE OF AND RESPECT OUR PROPERTY! The best fit for our vacation home are responsible rental guests looking for a comfortable, clean house with lots of great amenities, who will respect our property and neighbors, and leave it good condition upon departure.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS: Our property is equipped with exterior security cameras. One is located at the driveway near the garage door. Another is located at the main entrance to the cabin and two others are located at the rear of the property. The cameras are for security purposes only.
